Scholarship Application

Please complete the application below in full and hit submit. There will be a rolling notification process based on the start date of the program applied for. Applications must be completed in their entirety in order to be considered. The exact scholarship amount to be awarded will be determined at a later date. As a general rule, scholarships will not be greater than $2,000 and not less than $500. The HSF reserves the right to increase the amount of the scholarship if an exceptional situation exists. 

If a scholarship is awarded and you are subsequently reimbursed for services by an outside source such as a school system, insurance company, or other third party payer, you shall repay, in full, the scholarship fund the amount you were awarded. Your submission of this application serves as your understanding of this policy.

Hart Speech Foundation Is a recognized 501 (c) (3) charitable organization dedicated to providing advocacy and scholarships for those in need of services in the stuttering community. It is our mission to identify clients of all ages to ensure that no one is denied the opportunity to achieve fluent speech.

Advocacy

We are committed to ensuring that our students and families can access necessary services and assist with finding available public funding to help pay for speech therapy that local cities and towns are not always able to provide.

Support

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals who stutter. The Hart Speech Foundation is a recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

Scholarships

Visit our applications page if you would like to apply for a scholarship for you or your child. Each application will be given equal consideration. Scholarships are 100% merit based.
