About Us

The Hart Speech Foundation was founded by the Hart Family in 2011. The organization is managed by Donald P. Hart, Megan Hart and Karen McGreal. Megan is a stutterer, and after struggling to find and finance proper speech therapy the Hart family founded The Hart Speech Foundation to help other stutterers gain access to the resources and support they need to achieve more fluent speech.

The Hart Speech Foundation works primarily with The New England Fluency Program in Boston, MA of which Megan is a graduate. Her experience at The New England Fluency Program changed the course of her life. Being surrounded by a supportive and loving family made all the difference. As an organization, we are here to offer you support on your journey for more fluent speech.
